Information for Internet connection problems

If you are having problems with the Internet connection (e.g. no connection to portal or Microsoft Bing Server) within the KETTLER WORLD TOURS application you should carry out the following steps:

  • Deactivate the Windows firewall and restart KETTLER WORLD TOURS. Go to the User data window and try to carry out the test registration on the portal.
  • If this step was successful, you can reactivate your firewall again and configure it so that the 9005 and 9006 TCP ports are not blocked. Then repeat the test registration.
  • If this first step was not successful, register on theKETTLER WOLRD TOURSportal and go to the Forum section. You will find more information about solving problems there.
