On the start screen you can call the main functions of KETTLER CONNECT-FIT.

• Record training
  Record a training with a connected KETTLER training device.
• Workouts
  Display all workouts existing on the PC and upload to KETTFIT.
• Read USB-Stick
  Importing workouts from a USB stick.
• Read Cardio Card
  Importing workouts from a Cardio Card.

The program language of KETTLER CONNECT-FIT can be changed via the Info dialog. The Info dialog opens by clicking on the  button.

Is the language changed and confirmed with OK then KETTLER CONNECT-FIT restarts automatically.
